省钱又好装 设计师教你如何“俭装”

“钱不够用”一直都是全世界人们的最重要命题，不管是衣、食、住、行，样样都离不开它。尤其近几年市场经济下滑更是让人深受其害。不管怎样，当手里拿着新房子的钥匙，我们第一件事就是考虑到装修、设计以及预算。
如果省钱的当儿获得更多、更好的产品与服务，相信这是每位即将装修新房的朋友都希望的事。如今“少花钱、多办事”的例子不胜枚举，例如直接购买装修建材就是很好地省钱之道！如果您能够在购买建材时节省开销，装修成本将大幅度降低。The Roof Studio设计师Ken Thong依据其在设计界多年的经验总结了一系列省钱要点与大家分享！
装修前：省钱要点
一、做好预算
装修家居之前，一定要先制定一个合理的预算方案，让设计师根据您的预算做出相应的设计方案。同时，业主应要求设计师把每项材料的数量、单价、规格和档次等都计算清楚，并标注出来，以便有效的控制装修的总造价，达到省钱的目的。
二、选择合适的建材
在购买装修材料时，品牌和广告固然是一种尺标，但仍应该结合自身实际经济能力和装修需要去选择合适的材料，不要一味的追求潮流，盲目的选择上档次的品牌，也不要堆砌太多的装饰材料。当然，您也可以去相关的建材团购网站选购材料。
三、选对装修公司
选择优秀的装修公司。因为专业而正规的公司会有专人按照标准的流程来下料，使材料达到更高的利用率，减少返工的情况，从而减少人工和材料的浪费。可能正规的装修公司费用较高，但和所买材料的浪费相比还是很值得的。

四、选对购买时期
很多材料商都会选择在节假日搞促销活动，如买一送一、满多少钱打多少折扣等等。因此，消费者可尽量将买材时间放到五一、国庆或春节这样的法定节假日，不仅可以有很多时间来挑选装修材料，而且还能赶上各种大型促销活动，也可节省不少装修成本。
装修时：省钱窍门
一：墙内不省墙外省
为了以后长期居住的安全考虑，墙内隐蔽的水管电线要尽量买优质品牌的，因为这些水管电线封闭之后万一出了问题非常难以维修，而且还会连带损伤到相应的墙面或地面甚至更多，还得出另一笔钱收拾“门面”。
二：拆除任何东西前，三思
近年来流行开放式的空间设计，但「破坏容易重建难」，在装修的过程当中，针对既有的格局与既有装潢的更动与拆除，都须审慎考虑其必要性，若需要节省装修预算，最好的方式就是在既有的格局内进行调整。
三：固定式装饰墙、柜少做
装饰背景墙、柜能融合整个装修风格，刚入住的时候确实美观，但是当你因为长期居住而觉得厌烦，想更换家中格局或色彩时，就会觉得这些更换不了的墙、柜十分累赘。所以，与其花上大量金钱做装饰墙、柜，不如尽量买些轻巧易更换的可活动装饰构件。想要融合整个装修风格，则可以用简洁并可经常涂刷变换颜色的装饰墙柜，既省钱又美观、实用。
四：花俏天花板尽量少做
装修中天花板可以遮掩原有的梁，并起到装饰作用。但在小居室安装上花哨的天花板，既浪费钱也显杂乱、压抑，而且装饰射灯和水晶灯等不仅浪费电也很容易坏。许多业主花了很多心思和金钱去做了好看的天花板，但在日常生活中却为省钱而往往不开射灯、大灯，这等于把原先的装潢浪费了。 所以，小面积住宅只要做上能遮掩原有梁的简单吊顶就可以，不仅简单大方，也比较容易搭配不同的室内陈设。
五、剔除多余细节
尽量省略装修细节，省下来的这笔小钱可以争取获得更多的家居实用机能，譬如过多的情境式照明不仅不需要，还须多缴电费，若将预算节省下来，可以添购节能的LED灯具；或者更衣室裡的衣柜其实不需要加设门片，可多设置其他收纳，争取储物便利。
六、适当利用老家具
家中的老家具虽然款式老旧，但可堪用几十年的质料必然不差，换个布套或重新上个漆就能焕然一新，再用上一、二十年也不是问题。

较低的报价相当的诱人，但一间优质的设计公司，会希望客户的每一分支出，都能获得相应的回报，所以应该在装修品质有保障的前提下，提出合理的预算，而非一味的降低成本。与装修公司签订契约前，应了解设计公司的接案纪录与相关证照，并详细了解契约内容，以免上当受骗。

Idyllic and modern, this home boasts a welcoming interior and a gorgeous garden overlooking greenery that stretches as far as the eye can see. The interior is filled with plenty of warm tones evoking a very welcoming and comfortable setting. Simple furniture furnishes the living spaces complementing the simple and modern concept portrayed. The kitchen and casual dining areas contrast one another – one warm and bright with luscious wood features, whilst the other minimal and contemporary with its white cabinets and grey wood floors.
A chic staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own character and style furnished in various tones and décor. In the master bedroom, a neutral colour scheme dominates, where the white and grey tones form a modern classic style. Delectable Design
Situated on Victoria Avenue in Westmount, the Pâtisserie Petit Lapin is one of the first allergy-free pastry shops in Montreal, Canada that offers gluten-free, lactose-free treats that do not contain the ten common “priority” food allergens.
Cosily tucked in a 342 square feet basement space of a six-foot-wide hall, the bakery is connected to the hall’s street-level entrance. The challenge was to peak the curiosity of passersby in order to lure them inside. To do this, Canadian architectural design firm Architecture Open Form, led by architect Maxime Moreau, created a series of textured surfaces, with a modular system of “softwalls” featuring integrated LED lights to present the pastries and highlight the double-height entrance hall, giving the space an illusion of grandeur. The “softwalls” unfold in a continuous gesture on the walls and various ceilings, leading customers in the transition between the retail entry and the downstairs counter.

Overall, the pastry shop is minimalist in decor and very bright in order to showcase the customized creations of the pastry chef and to create a visual focus that is visible from the street both during the day and at night. Suspended like a continuous work of art along the walls and ceilings between the street level and the basement, the flexible LED strips, which emit a warm white hue, are integrated into the modular system of the “softwalls”; this amazing source of light highlights the delicacy of the white textile fibre modules and renders the expression of their fluid motion even more magical. The pastries come to life as the light travels within the lines and folds of the translucent fibres.
Visually, the flexible “softwalls” partition system symbolizes the undulations and flexibility of the parchment paper liners used for baking cupcakes. The translucent white modules, made of 100%-recyclable polyethylene, help sculpt the light and reveal the delicate structure of the folds. The “softwalls” and the white quartz counter tops move from the street-level entry into the basement shop, creating a homogeneous project that expresses the link between identity and structure and underlining the concept of continuity in motion through orderly spatial organization and the alignment of objects, desserts and spaces.

Pereka Bentuk Dalaman perlu mencipta keistimewaan tersendiri dalam mereka bentuk sehingga dapat menghasilkan sentuhan indah yang berbeza berbanding pereka lain. Cabaran sudah tentulah proses merealisasikan lakaran idea dari sekeping kertas sehingga siap projek di mana, Profesionaliti, kepakaran serta pengalaman dalam pegurusan sesuatu projek sangat diperlukan bagi menjamin kepuasan pelanggan.

Projek baru, kediaman moden kontemporari ( resort concept ) di Alam Sutera Bukit Jalil. Satu projek kediaman moden Inggeris di Penchala untuk rekaan dalaman, architecture dan kerja landskap masih dalam pembinaan serta projek pengubahsuaian banglo moden Inggeris di Tempua, Puchong Jaya yang telah siap 90%.
Selain menerima projek di Malaysia, adakah Haqi menerima projek luar Negara?
Alhamdulillah, saya berpeluang berkerjasama firma reka bentuk dari Hong Kong, CAVE DESIGN STUDIO untuk menyiapkan facade design service apartment serta rekaan dalaman di Comfort Terrace, Hong Kong. Dalam menyiapkan projek ini saya perlu memahami budaya dan identiti pembangunan di Hong Kong bagi memudahkan proses mereka bentuk.
Apa perancangan Haqi untuk memastikan Aqi Studio sentiasa kompetitif dan maju dalam industri?
Bagi memastikan Aqi Studio sentiasa kompetitif dan maju saya memperluas skop kerja dari kerja reka bentuk dalaman, landskap sehingga architecture. Pada masa sama juga Aqi Studio turut membuat kerja Design & Built. Saya sentiasa mengikuti perkembangan semasa bagi menghasilkan rekaan menarik mengikut trend.
Ribuan graduan Interior Design dihasilkan setiap tahun, apa nasihat Haqi kepada mereka yang baru mula mencari tapak dalam industri ini?
